A Journey Unto the Cosmos

Every night, I fade into another realm.

A realm where nothing seems quite real.

And yet, it isn’t entirely fabricated either.

Where am I going this time I wonder.

Is it to a place of serenity or one of chaos?

It is hard to tell most times.

How can it be that this realm is so vivid and yet so elusive?

Could it be that this realm has a message for me?

Or is it all just an illusion?

I can’t tell.

But what I can tell you, is one day I will transcend this mortal coil.

And perhaps then, maybe, just one day, I’ll find peace.
